Amongst the many courses offered to the group's managers is a customized, coaching-driven Management Development Program. Popular topics like Communication, Problem Solving, Decision Making and Inter-Personal Skills are covered by means of facilitation and outcomes based assignments. Up and coming managers have the opportunity to formalize their skill and experience by attending this 7 month program. With an annual intake of 25-30 managers, this program is offered at NQF Level 4. To date, close on 30% of managers who complete this program are promoted and thereby further their Bidvest Prestige Group career aspirations.
